He saw the need to be well-qualified in negotiation strategies very early in his career, and this skill has helped many clients achieve their goals in very competitive markets. He has grown his brand quickly over the years and recently moved into real estate development as well. 

Cody received his Ph.D. in psychology from the University of Texas, and his people-first perspective always comes in handy on the job. For the past 15 years, Cody has enjoyed living in and serving the Greater Austin area, focusing primarily on central, south, and east Austin. There is so much to love about this beautiful region, from the community's lively energy and the many fantastic restaurants to the picturesque Lady Bird Lake and lush parks. 

Ambitious and detail-oriented, Cody transitioned into the real estate industry almost a decade ago after meeting a broker who invited him to join their team. With an inherent love for architecture, design, and building, he jumped at the opportunity, became licensed, and has genuinely loved doing his job and meeting new people every day since. He aims to be a broker himself by the end of 2021.
